Cold Appetizers and Salads

  • Marinated Shitake Mushrooms in special bouquet of herbs
  • Greek Salad vine ripe tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onion, sweet peppers, pepperocini, topped with crumbled feta cheese and mixed olives
  • Burratta Cheese…fresh mozzarella with a creamy inside, tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, basil, arugula, drizzled with olive oil, and balsamic reduction
