Salmon Tartare- diced raw salmon, massago, Japanese mayonnaise served with red caviar.
Tuna Tartare- diced raw tuna mixed with ginger sauce resting over avocado and topped with quail egg yolk.
Branzino Ceviche- raw fish marinated in lime and lemon juice, red onion, capers, cilantro, jalopeno.
Sesame Tuna: coated with sesame seeds, and quickly seared, served rare in ginger sauce
Burrata Cheese: fresh mozzarella with a creamy inside, tomatoes, portabella mushroom, basil, arugula, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic reduction
Pickled Assortment: tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, grape, and watermelon
Marinated Shitake and Oyster Mushrooms: in special bouquet of herbs
